JAMES Augustoni

James Augustoni joined Broad Street Development in 2018 as General Manager, overseeing operations of a 315,000 SF asset and managing construction projects including tenant buildouts and capital improvements. He previously served as GM at JLL, managing 370 Lexington Ave, and began his real estate career at Sherwood Equities.
