215 Sullivan
215 Sullivan Street is a luxury condominium development in the heart of Greenwich Village, combining redevelopment/conversion and ground up development components. The project will restore an original Calvert Vaux-designed building and integrate a new residential building designed by architect, Ed Rawlings. Broad Street Development purchased the site, the former Greenwich Village location of the Children’s Aid Society, on July 28, 2011. After a one year lease back to the seller, Broad Street closed on a construction loan in late 2012. 215 Sullivan will provide 23 best-in-class homes from one to six bedrooms, many of which will have significant private outdoor space. There will be four townhouses with private entrances and parking.
