Built in 1929, the asset, located in the heart of Midtown’s prestigious Grand Central District, offers a Building Conference Center as an amenity to its tenants at no cost. Upon taking over, BSD instituted an intense prebuild and marketing program which attracted new tenants and helped retain the existing strong tenant base. In addition, BSD upgraded the lobby, and renovated the common corridors and public restrooms throughout the building.
