210 and 220 East 22nd Street are two adjacent residential rental apartments located in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan, consisting of 208 units totaling over 108,000 square feet of rentable area. Since purchasing the buildings in 2012, BSD has renovated both lobbies and lobby level hallways, and installed new windows and AC sleeves throughout the buildings. BSD has also renovated and landscaped the backyard space and installed new sliding glass doors in all apartments with outdoor space. Upon lease turnover, BSD has been upgrading the vacant spaces with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.
