55 Broadway

One Exchange Plaza, also known as 55 Broadway, is a 32-story, 360,654 square foot, Class A office building strategically located on the corner of Broadway and Exchange Place in the heart of Downtown’s Financial District. Once purchased, BSD worked through lease expirations to diversify the tenant roster, eliminating reliance on the finance sector and started a leasing program geared to the boutique tenants of the Downtown market. In the Spring of 2010, BSD received approval to create a retail jewel box, up to 11,000 square foot of ground floor retail space with 30 feet of Broadway frontage
